Our BACKED pre-owned vehicles have a 3-month (up to 3,000 mile) powertrain limited warranty^, plus you have 7-days (up to 500 miles) to try it, drive it and if you are not 100% satisfied, just bring it back within 7 days and 500 miles, the way you bought it, and receive a credit for the base price (excluding closing fee, tag, title, and infrastructure fee) towards the purchase of one of over 750 pre-owned vehicles of equal or greater value, subject to credit approval.* Jim Hudson vehicles also undergo a multipoint inspection, come with a CARFAX report and 24/7 Roadside Assistance. For your convenience we can transfer any Jim Hudson vehicle to the Jim Hudson dealership of your choice.

Travel Protection
If you’re unable to drive your vehicle due to the mechanical breakdown of a covered component, substitute transportation and travel protection benefits will provide reimbursements of:
- Up to $35 per day for car rentals or other substitute transportation. Maximum of 5 days per occurrence.
- Up to $50 per day for lodging and meals if you’re more than 150 miles from home. Maximum of 4 days over the life of your Agreement.

*Limitations and exclusions: Purchased vehicle must be returned to the Jim Hudson franchised dealership where purchased in the same condition as received within 7 calendar days with no more than 500 additional miles registered on the odometer, free and clear of any lien or encumbrance other than the original purchase money security interest. The base price of the purchased vehicle (excluding closing fee, tag, title, and infrastructure fee) will be applied toward the purchase price of another vehicle in stock at a Jim Hudson franchised dealership with an equal or greater value in stock at the time of the exchange, subject to approval by a third-party lender. No cash alternative. Applies to original vehicle purchase only; limited to 1 (one) vehicle exchange per calendar year, including joint ownership. ^Limited Warranty is not purchased by the consumer; it is included with the purchase of the vehicle.
