The five-passenger 2024 Ford Escape is a crossover available in five trims – the S, SE, SE Sport, SEL, and Titanium. All trims, except the S, offer both a gas-powered and a hybrid version. The Titanium is AWD only. However, all other trims are available in FWD and AWD. Comparing the Basic Features of the 2024 Escape

The S, SE, and SEL all come with a 181.0-horsepower, 1.5-liter, three-cylinder, turbocharged engine, and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Titanium provides a 250.0-horsepower at 5,500 rpm, 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission and 280-pounds-feet of torque at 3,000 rpm.

The hybrid versions use a 200-horsepower, 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine with a CVT transmission. The engine is the place to start when choosing the trim that is right for you.

The 2024 Escape S Trim

The basic level S tri includes sliding second-row seats, cruise control, and power windows. To entertain your family and keep them connected, the 2024 Escape S trim offers 4G LTE Wi-Fi capability and Bluetooth audio. For the exterior, you can choose 17-inch aluminum wheels.

The 2024 Escape S-trim offers the Ford Co-Pilot360 safety package. The package features lane-keep assist, a backup camera, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high beams, and automatic emergency braking.

The 2024 Escape SE and SE Sport Trims

The 2024 Escape SE trim adds cloth seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, sliding sun visors with vanity mirrors, and a push-button start. You can also choose a power driver’s seat, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, remote start, and a rear center armrest. Technology features include the SYNC 3 infotainment system, an 8-inch screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability, SiriusXM, and rear USB ports.

On the exterior, the SE trim offers projector headlights with LED signature lighting, chrome exterior trim, tinted rear windows, painted door handles, a power liftgate, and 17-inch aluminum wheels. The SE Sport Appearance package features gloss black exterior trim and 19-inch wheels. The Ford Co-Pilot360 upgrades to the Assist+, which provides full-speed adaptive cruise control, navigation, evasive steering assist, and speed sign recognition.

The 2024 Escape SEL Trim

The upscale 2024 Escape SEL trim features ActiveX faux leather seats and an optional ten-way power driver’s seat with lumbar control. For entertainment, you can choose a B&O ten-speaker premium audio system, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, a memory package, and a charging pad. On the exterior, it adds a hands-free power liftgate, fog lamps, and 18-inch machine-face aluminum wheels.

The 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine with AWD standard for the SEL. Titanium trim is optional for the SEL but standard on the Titanium trim. The Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ is included on the 2024 Escape SEL trim.

The 2024 Escape Titanium Trim

The top-of-the-line Titanium trim offers upscale features such as power front seats with lumbar support for the driver, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, ambient interior lighting, and a universal garage door opener. On the exterior, the Titanium trim offers black roof rack side rails, more chrome exterior trim, rain-sensing wipers, and 19-inch wheels with Dark Tarnish-painted pockets.

Adding the Elite package introduces a heads-up display, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, perforated leather upholstery, HD radio, a unique grille and wheels, silver front and rear skid plates, and Active Park Assist 2.0
